Anyone gluten free? How do you learn if the many additives have gluten in so many foods?

Am I supposed to google all of them? In one can of soup, there's all kinds of stuff I cannot pronounce. Chili is the same way. How do I begin a life gluten free...ugh!

  • Quit using the processed convenience foods. Use/eat whole foods, cook more from scratch using ingredients you know are safe. Or go to a trusted grocery store and shop their gluten free sections (usually 1 in the freezer & 1 regular) - but be warned it's more expensive.
