  • I was on it for about a year (your not supposed to be on is that long-my doctor at the time was a quack)
    I took it days 3-7
I have my son at 28 weeks, but the clomid does NOT cause premature birth. I have a septate uterus/

  • A friend took it and got pregnant on month 3.

She had PCOS so they gave her Clomid to make her ovulate.

f you do have PCOS you may need Metformin too because many PCOS women are insulin resistant as well. Clomid is to help women ovulate so it should have no bearing on a full term pregnancy. If your doctor wants to write you a prescription for it he should be able to explain any risks.

You will also need to chart as well because Clomid makes you ovulate but it's up to you to figure out when that happens. You may also need Preseed because Clomid can cause vaginal dryness.
