My thigh is sore

what are good stretches to help my sore thigh?

  • what part of your thigh? back of the thigh just bend over and touch your toes. inner thigh you can do the warrior yoga pose or you can get on your knees and go into a sort of split just separate them as much as you can and that stretches the inner thighs. front thigh lie on your back grab one knee and pull it toward you

  • MOM this is the best stress releaver i have ever done and i feel great am thinking better moving around better wanting to get up in the mornings and so much more hell i even feel like getting out and dating again

  • stand on one leg, bend the one that hurts at the knee back behind you (so your heel is in your butt) and gently pull on your foot so that it pulls on the muscle a bit.

  • I guess it would really depend on WHY it's sore? A set of stretches may not help it if it's not "tight" muscle related =(
