can you pull a muscle in your brest?

My left brest is so sore. But it feels weird like a pulled muscle. Can you pull or hurt a muscle in your brest?

  • There are also small muscles or ligaments (someone better at anatomy than me can tell you for sure) that are between your ribs. I've pulled one of these small muscles before coughing when I had bronchitis. So yes, you can pull a muscle under your breast - like the above poster said, they're your pectoral muscles.
