  • You hear more about 3 or 4 but I am sure there are women out there with more cesareans prior to birthing vaginally.

  • It depends on your doctor/midwife. Some are more comfortable attending VBACs after multiple c/s than others.

  • It depends on who you receive your prenatal care from and the area you live in. Some hospitals wont permit ANY vbac's, while others are open to 2+ sections. If you make that vbac a home birth, YOU have all the control.

  • Yes I am having a VBAC with this baby, and its a planned HB...breech too. Just wanted to know just in case I have to get a c-section again, really hoping that does not happen!

  • Officially, VBAC after 2 c/s is now "approved"...Personally, I would not try a VBAC after more than that.

  • I've had 1 c-section and am currently 8 weeks pregnant. I'm hoping for VBAC with this one.

  • Depends on your doctor. With every c-section though there is that much more scar tissue that can rupture open again with the contractions. Not to say it will happen, just that it can. You just never know.
