  • I make this chicken casserole dish, You use cream of chicken soup, boneless chicken breasts (whole or chopped up), white rice, cooked broccoli, and shredded cheddar cheese. If it sounds good I will tell you how to make it exactly. :-) Hope this helps

  • depending on how many you are feeding here is was you need. This is for a 3 person family ( We usually have leftovers)

8x11 or 9x13 in bake dish
2 family size cans of cream of chicken soup
boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 per person (you can leave them whole or dice them up)
Cup and a Half of cooked broccoli diced up
2 cups of uncooked white rice
    1/2 cup of milk
    Shredded cheese as you please.

Bake the chicken in the over on 400 for about 45 min or until cooked.
In the baking dish add all of your other ingredients and stir together then add the chicken once it is finished, top it off with shredded cheese and place in the over for 30 min on 400 still. Let stand until it is cool enough for you to eat. :-) Hope you like it. I also like to substitute different veggies in too instead of broccolli ( I have used green beans drained and also peas) It is really good and a good change up.
