pregnancy hot flashs vs. menopause hot flashs. how are they different from each other?

all up there. im 17 and tryna figure out why im having like these hot flashs.

  • Having been pregnant and now being in menopause at the age of 50, I can tell you that you would definately know the difference. A hot flash when on is in menopause is different in that it starts from within the body and sort of moved up and out. I have had some last as long as 5 minutes (a couple have been 10mins).

  • I've only every experienced pregnancy ones personally, but from what I've seen and heard from women going through menopause, it seems like a hot flash is a hot flash. And the last trimester is usually when they get bad.
