has anyone else???

Get really bad morning sickness when they have milk or ice cream???????

  • I bet you that's not what caused it.it comes when it wants too and its miserrable.I got sick the other day jsut reading what all resturaunts and food carry MSG man andytime it can get you.

  • Well, do you have lactose intolerance? It may be that your body is having trouble processing lactose. It can also cause excess mucus, which you'll already have later in pregnancy. If they bother you, then don't consume them!! Many women have specific aversions like that, so they avoid known offenders.

  • I find milk nauseating even when not pregnant. lol I do love me some ice cream though. ;)

    Dairy products cause our bodies to produce more mucus than they normally would, I would guess this extra mucous build up is what's causing your nausea. Try some soy or almond milk instead, I personally love almond milk. There are also many different varieties of nondairy ice cream to satisfy that craving.

  • i guess I'm wierd, but I've actually been craving milk, and it seems to make my morning sickness better.
