Do you know anything about the foreclosure process? I have a question or 2

once a house goes up on the auction block how much longer do you have to live in that house?

when a bank is no longer willing to work out a deal and say it's out of their hands at this point....is it time to start packing?

  • It all depends on the bank. It also depends on how far a homeowner is behind. In our city it takes almost a year to get through the court process before a home hits the action block. However, there have been a few times it only takes 90 days. Again it depends on the bank and how fast the move. Hope this helps.
