I just don't ever sleep good. But whenever I eat breakfast in the morning, it makes me so tired I want to go back to sleep. I try to eat protein or something healthy. Today I had instant oatmeal and a small protien shake. What the heck?Answer Question
You might need your hormone levels checked. When they are out of whack they can make you feel tried. Winter doesn't help neither.

I am the same way. I try to get moving, take a quick walk, or stretch to get my muscle loosen up and my blood flowing. It doesn't always work, sometimes I pass out by 9:30 and "nap" til 11. It's terrible and I want to stop, but sleep feels so good.
