  • No, I'd love to, but for what ever reason, once I get up in the morning I'm up for the day till night time! But if ur able to, take advantage of it!

  • When my 2 year old and 6 month old are both sleeping (which is about 2 hours every afternoon), yes!

  • I intend to every day but only do it once in awhile b/c I usually have other projects to do. Sometimes I just veg out instead of sleeping.

  • Before i started exercising yes. I was always so tired. But now that I am exercising I have more energy and now I normally workout while she is napping:) If i am babysitting I cannot even try to do either since the three year old doesnt take naps lol
