im curious, my husband is on probation and one of his stipulations is he's not allowed to own or posess any time of firearm throughout the duration of his probation. he was sentenced in georgia, i was in the courtroom and heard the judge tell everyone who was being put on probation the same thing about the gun. im sure the laws vary, but im wondering if that applies to the spouse as well? his right to bear arms was taken away, but being that im married to him and we're living under the same roof, do i still have the right to exercise my right? not that i plan to or anything, just honestly curious. his crime was nothing gun/drug/violence related or anything like that at all.
wasnt sure what category this goes in, so i picked just for fun. btw we live in florida so if the laws are different in either state i wouldnt know which to follow!
