Weight Watchers Question

Wanting to know if anyone has joined and if you had success with the program. If you didn't please explain what didn't work for you.

  • Yes. I joined WW on 5/26/10. Since then I have lost 48lbs and am still loosing! I LOVE WWW!

  • I did with the old program. It worked really well actually. Today I just signed up online for the free week with the new program to check it out. I have quite a few more points for each day but some foods are worth more now. We will see how it goes I guess.

  • I have belongesd to ww since 1/10, had met my goal in 6 months and still go to weekly meetings (which I have to do to keep me going) The new program is a little different but is really good...I'm doing ok with it. My other tip is to track...I have sinced joined etools again to change things up. I really like it. Anything else just ask!

  • Thanks ladies! I really appreciate the comments. I have visited the website and I am very interested in joining. Anything related to dieting that involves money for me to be a part must be thoroughly investigated for me to want to jump on board lol! Thanks again!

  • I did on the old points system, I haven't tried the new one taught me proper portion size and proper combination of carbs, proteins, fat....
