Can I cook Top London Broil in a crock pot?

Can a top london broil be cooked as pot roast in the crock pot?

  • Yep. I do it all the time. London Broil is just about the only steak/roast type meat we buy since it goes on sale for so little so often. I've used it for steaks, as london broil, as a roast, as stew meat, and I've made shredded beef out of it.

  • Yes you can and it will come out much better than the cheap stew meat does.
