How do you get your butt back in shape

How do you get your butt back in shape.. I need some fun things to do Ive lost a good amount of weight but i would like to be more tone

  • Squats, fire hydrants and kick ups. Kick ups is my favorite. Thats not the official name. But its like u are on all fours and you lift one leg at a time up, u kick back and up.

  • Thanks girls I will have to try those and My Butt is my best feature to but its not as tone as it once was and i dont like that

  • Since moving into his mom's house, my butt has shaped up because it's a split-level and the washing machine is in the basement. Stairs are GREAT for your rear!!
