does any body know a good diet i need to shed some pounds

  • Weight Watchers is what I am using/doing. It is great I have lost 48lbs and still loosing.

  • ive done the special k diet anytime i wanted to lose 5 to 8 pounds, it actually worked but i was always hungry. One i wouldnt recommend but i always do it is eating twice a day i did it after both of my kids and i shed the pounds away but i also took vitamins daily.

  • Don't diet, slowly make a life change. like make sure protein is a big part of each meal, and try to add more veggies to your diet, and there's no need to cut out carbs or anything, just be more aware of the carbs you are eating, and how often you eat. And be sure your actually eating because your hungry and not because your bored.
