  • Probably once every couple of months we ask a family member to babysit so we can go out, it's not the same as it used to be though and I have never spent an entire night without my child.

  • Once a month, I have a regular evening babysitter for us to go out. my kids are 3 and 5 and we have had a regular babysitter for about a year, it is amazing how much it has helped us stay connected.

  • At least once a week to go out and do what i want. But my baby is asleep before 9 everyday, and takes 2 naps, so i have time to do things for myself.
