  • I treat him. Sometimes when we go out, I'll say "I got this" or I tell him-"Let's go out, my treat"

  • our money is combined, we only have 1 bank acct. so if we're going out together it's a date plain and simple and we're happy to be together.

    if our $$$ WAS separate that would be so weird to me.... I cannot even imagine that. we have the same kids, bills, grocery shopping, etc. why the need to split it up

  • Yeah - one paycheck - community funds....but he does get a kick out of it when I put my bank card down for the check sometimes. He just grins then thanks me later for treating him to dinner.
