  • It's not as a criteria for ADHD, but it can occur.

  • No, that would fall more into the ODD (oppositional defiance disorder), but sometimes ODD and ADHD run hand in hand with each other. I would take your child to the doctor and get him some help. The sooner the better.

  • Violence is NOT a part of ADHD. There is probably something else going on. Oppositional Defiant Disorder comes to mind.

  • ADHD can also be accompanied by other disorders such as ODD or CD. You will want to get a professional opinion. All 3 of my children have ADHD. My youngest also has Aspergers. My oldest daughter has a NOS- Mood Disorder and anxiety attacks.
