  • A 3 month old wont care or remember what you get them. Ask the parents what the baby needs, as in these tough economic times cloths or other needed things would be more appreciated than toys that kids already have allot of.

  • christmas ornaments, things to decorate the bedroom. personalized items. teething toys, any toy that is safe to be put in the mouth. books. "Babies First" items..

if its for someone elses kid-- a baby kit could be cute. get a nice basket & put baby needs in it (diapers/wipes/ect)... how about some baby sitting tickets for you to baby sit for free... what about gift cards to anywhere, get free photo prints (we all take tons of pics their first year.)...

do parents have a college fund set up.. or a fund for future big purchases. like swing sets?-- you can contribute to that. believe me- as a mom of a 2yo Id rather have someone give me $30 for college fund than more toys to fill up an over flowing toy box. lol

  • Ours will be 2 months at Christmas and we are going to get her some Baby Einstein stuff....I guess it's really more for us than her:)

  • My Son will be almost 5 months this Christmas. We'll be getting him some Baby Einstein products, but also a few things for his later months! It's not a bad idea to get toys and such, for when your baby gets' older. Just have them on stand-by, or who knows.. if your childs' development is progressing quickly, you've already got toys to help them along! Oh, and diapers!!

  • My son will be four months on Christmas Day, and we've told our family members that have asked that we need some TOYS. We've got everything we need for now, but we have very few toys...books and movies are good, too.
