Do you have a firm frosting recipe that you wouldn't mind sharing??

I'm looking to decorate my son's bd cake but would rather not use the can frosting. I'm looking for something firm or stiff like you'd find from a bakery. It should also be able to be used in a piping bag. It'll be a first so my fingers are crossed. Thanks.

@ ILoveCade I've heard of Wilton but I thought they only had like supplies. So I'll also check them out.

  • Wilton has books with recipes and ideas and instructions also. They also have classes.
Practise before the final. Don't wait until the end and find out what you do not know.
