  • In this day and age, I'd rather be street smart as I've been all my life. With all the drugs and alcohol available now, I'd rather know what's going on than wonder if my adult children are into any. You can't beat experience. I'm learning how to text on my cell phone by practicing. Some days it's the only way I can communicate with my 23 year old daughter.

  • I think I would rather be book smart, but I would also hope to have commom sense as well.

  • Street smart with common sense. My boss is book smart and has no common sense at all, (down right stupid most days).

  • heelthiest to be somewhere in the middle. Book smarts are great, but won't teach you how to get along socially, etc.
Same in the other direction, being street smart is ok but if you dumb as a stump, then you won't get very far.
