cutting hair

so all kids about the age of 4 decide to hide and cut their bangs off? i remember i did my sister did and this morning my daughter did...

  • One of my twins did this last year. When I asked why she did it she said, " It was in my way!" She was three at the time. Out of my four kids only three have done this, so far.

  • I think that is just a stage they seem to go through all my 3 did it and my grandkids have done it.

  • Out of my four kids one did it. He took my thinning shears so it wasn't too bad though.

  • LOL!! Mine never did it, but I know a lot of kids that have. It's some sort of right of passage I think.

  • My oldest was 3, then my oldest was 4 when she cut her sister's hair. Her sister never cut her own hair. My son...cut his at 4 only because he thought I did a shotty job on his bangs. My baby...I'm sure when he's around 4 it'll be about the same. LOL...funny, I guess the average age is 4 when they cut their own hair.

  • i didnt know what to do. i was trying so hard not to laugh and to explain that she wasnt suppose to do that and now she has no bangs. i put her in time out but it was so hard to not laugh.

  • my daughter cut her hair twice...

    the fiorst time it was jsut a chunk of bangs or soemthing...the 2nd time she cut a huge chunck of hair out ot the top- of her head- pretty much to the scalp almost so, she ended up with a really short pixie cut- she never did it again after that
