  • How long have you been breastfeeding? Breastfeeding itself will actually help you lose weight!

  • I second the other ladies. Breastfeeding helps with weight-loss. When I was pregnant with my 2nd one, I was 139; during breastfeeding, I was 100; now my baby is 20mth old & not breastfed any longer, I am back to 130 & going! Go figure! lol

  • I just posted a journal post about this today on my profile if you want to go read this, but keep up the breastfeeding definitely, mama! :)

  • BF does help MOST people with losing weight. The safe way to help loose weight is to slowly reduce your calorie intake and increase your physical activity. Try to eat a healthy diet high in whole grains, fruits and veggies and drink lots of water. If you do it slowly it shouldn't effect your milk supply. Best of luck!
