Fitness DVDs

I am having a really hard time getting motivated to stick to my New Year's Resolution to get healthy and loose weight. I am looking for a fun and energizing workout DVD that requires no equipment. Something inexpensive too.
Any ideas??

  • Do you have cable? Most cable providers now have "on demand" channels, including one either called FitTV or Exercise on Demand. You get all the latest workouts, zumba, jillian michaels, biggest loser, tae bo, Walk Away The Pounds, etc there free everyday!

If not the channel does have a website with SOME of the videos free at

I personally use Walk Away The Pounds with Leslie Sansone, now that i'm back on track and doing the 3 mile advanced workout each day and eating better I'm already 10 pounds down in 8 days! She's the only one who has ever motivated me with a workout I can actually DO. 7 years ago before I had my kids I lost 50 pounds in 6 months with her videos.....25 of those pounds have crept back up since with having 2 kids and not taking care of myself. But now that i'm back on track I feel great!
