overnight French toast casserole.

All I remember has frozen strawberries on the bottom so when you scoop out the piece of french bread it has strawberries on top. I can't remeber how to make it though... any ideas?

  • Here are a few different ones, might be able to change the blueberry to strawberries. HERE

  • Here is one you might want to look at.  It looks pretty good.

  • No ideas, but it sounds great. I think we will try the above recipe, it looks good.

  • Those are both very close. I think I have the general idea now and I'm gonna wing it! I also found another recipe on cooks.com that seems pretty close to what I remember.

  • Found the exact one on KmrTigger's link. But we sub blue berries for banana's!
