  • It looks more like Chicken Pocks to me.

  • Keep an eye on her, don't let her scratch them if they are itchy. I could be wrong about the chicken pocks, maybe they will go away.

  • The only thing is there are only a few on her face.. no where else.. she doesn't act like she's in pain.. just her usual "terrible 2's" tantrums!

  • Could be bed bugs, chicken pox, hives, etc.... You should talk to her Dr.

  • You don't think they're just zits?

  • It's too hard to tell, I would keep an eye on her for fever, etc. If they are anywhere else on her. I would also call the Dr if they don't go away in 24 hours. JMO...

  • i wouldn't think they are zits unless your child has a history of an acne problem at the age of 2. At 2, some kids will get an occasional zit, but not usually that many all at once. It looks a bit more like bug bites to me. Maybe try putting some cortizone cream on it to see if it helps with the itching and redness
