  • I like Sweating to the Oldies, with Richard Simmons. I know they're old, but some of the people on there are really big, and if they can do it, so can I. Plus, I like the music.

  • Insanity...however, it is not for beginners. It is a very difficult program even if you are in good shape. I'm a runner and it kicks my tail! It is great though. I lost 12 lbs and 2" when I did it last year. I do it on occasion now as I incorporate a lot of workouts into my weeks now.

  • Jillian Michaels' 30-Day-Shred, Turbo Jam, The Biggest Loser workouts (any of them)...I know those from experience.

    P90X and Zumba, I've heard nothing but positive reviews on. (Power 90, the predecessor to P90X also has received great reviews and is more suited to beginners)

  • I don't do dvd workouts, but I do turn on my stereo and "shake it" (oh, boy...and does it shake) while cleaning =)
