My 18 month old still doesn't sleep with a pillow. Should I give him one? Is it hurting his neck not to have one?

  • My son seems comfortable without one. I wouldn't provide it unless he seems uncomfortable.

  • ds has had a pillow since he was 5 months old due to reflux, i just put it under the crib sheet so he can't pull it over his head. he sleeps so much better with one than he did without

  • I didn't put one in my daughter's bed, until she wasn't sleeping in the crib anymore and wanted one. However, I don't sleep with a pillow and I actually think it's better for your neck. If you think he needs/wants one, just get one that is reasonably flat.
