  • I have always been told that doing crunches is your best bet. They are a small and precise movement that work you stomach muscles.

  • you can do all the ab exercises you want, if you don't also do cardio then they won't do anything.

  • crunches and leg lifts... lots of ab exercises... cardio is great, combined with a healthy diet.

  • If you're looking for only one situp variation, I suggest "Bicycles" It works your upper abs, lower abs and obliques all at once.

The other ladies are correct, you need to do cardio and eat properly as well to melt away the fat so you can see those gorgeous abs!

  • I would say the bicycle as well as laying on your back hands under you behind and alternate bringing you knees to hips and then straighten but do not touch the ground, it really works the lower abs, and yes cardio. A mini trampoline is good as well as jumping rope, a brisk walk too.

  • Crunches and a reverse crunch

  • A good ab-toning routine, healthier eating and a cardio workout. The ab toning is'll give you a strong core, but without the cardio/healthy eating, the fat won't go away.

  • There are so many ab exercises out there, i doubt one thing works for everyone, I would try several different things.
