Is there something that i can do for my Acid Reflux?

Besides taking medication.

  • If you're pregnant, it'll go away the day the baby is born. I delt with it all thought pregnancy, I was miserable. The minute she was out, it was gone!! Haven't had it since. GL

  • dont lay down for hour after eats, stay away from spicy foods, lower your caffine intake, stop smoking if you smoke, reduce your salt intake, eat more smaller meals throughout the day....

  • sleep propped up, cut back on caffiene, do not eat or drink about 2 hours before bed. I have acid reflux as well but taking medicine for it. these are just a few ideas to try to see if works for you.

  • Thanks soon3bmmy! I wasnt saying it in a mean way! lol Good luck with it. Though milk helps a bit I was almost crying every night in pain from the AR. Def sucks but will go away!!

  • Thanks! I'm just trying to figure out what I ate that triggered it. I would certainly think that the orange juice I had for breakfast could do it, but could it still be affecting me this late in the day?

  • Nothing triggered mine. I had it from anything and everything. It just was always there
