  • My college- aged son packs a PBand J everyday-even to his college campus. I just stocked him up with the jumbo sized jars of Jiff and Smuckers.

  • My 8 year old has taken a peanut butter and jelly sandwich to school every single day for the past three years, and he wants them for breakfast most days, too.

  • All day if they aren't over weight. This is what my ped. told me. It is high in iron so that's good.

  • My kids don't eat them. Hubby is the only one in our home that can stand peanut butter and jelly. I prefer nutella to peanut butter any day but if I'm eating something with jelly it's cream cheese.

  • My sons will eat peanut butter and chocolate spread about once a week; more often on road trips. DD has taken a sudden dislike to peanut butter, but that's fine too.
