Is it normal to start lactating out of nowhere after not breastfeeding for 5 months due to teh fact that I was not producing enough milk? or is it a high possibility that I am pregnant?

I stopped breast feeding my child 5 months ago because I could not produce enough milk. Now out of nowhere I am lactating not heavy but I definately am, I am wondering if this is normal or if it is possibly for me to be pregnant? I took a pregnancy test and it was negative but it may be to early to tell
