I'm 28 wks along and was told to get between 80 and 100 grams of protein daily. Blood Pressure isn't bad now, but it will be if I don't take some action...
Does anyone know if Protein Bars and Protein Powder (either Soy or Whey) can do the trick? (I'm hoping to supplement the many tuna fish sandwiches and bean soups I'm forcing myself to ingest!)
