  • get an ab circle. :) like a piece of gym equipment in your home without hitting the gym. & its specifically for your tummy/lovehandles, abs etc

  • try a medicine ball and do it with a partner you stand back to back and pass the ball to each other good luck

  • I've figured out the easiest and best way is seriously to do twists. I was watching professional Ballroom Dancing on TV and I noticed that Ballroom Dancers always have to most narrow and toned waist and abs. Then, I wondered if it was because they twist their bodies so much. So, I started twisting as part of my exercise routine and it worked. My waist became narrower and my abs became more toned. You don't need to buy anything and it's fun twisting while walking around the house. LOL!!!

  • stand with you back to a tree, yes a tree lol, and try to touch it by twisting, it works, also standing by a columm.
