  • Generally 3 and potty trained, but a lot depends on the school policy and the child himself.

  • my DD was 3yrs when she went to head start but she didnt go to pre-school but did great in kindergarden.

  • My 3 year old is in prek3. It's held on Tuesday. Weds. And Thursday. From 8:15 till 11:30. She had to be potty trained.

  • My daughter will be 2 in May and is starting preschool in September...Honestly I wouldn't be putting her in so early if it wasn't for the fact that my mom is the teacher I wouldn't put her in so young but its only 3 days a week for 3 hrs..they do take ages 2-4.

  • I live in TN and they have an early headstart program for low income families and they start at 6 months old.
    My DD started when she was 3 yrs old.
