  • We munch on Flinstone vitamins with the kids. I think they're pretty good.

  • The best vitimins to take are through natural foods. Vitimin suppliments don't do the same as natural vitimins and can often take longer to disolve and digest.

  • I use Isotonix. They are in liquid form and your body absorbs them quickly to get the job done. I have some information on them and an e-mail of my contact person if you are interested at all let me know and I can get the info to you.

  • I don't know for sure, but I would think a liquid of powder form mixed with water would be best.

  • i think the ones that come in the gel capsules, but for that matter you can always ask your health food store guy, they are good at that.

  • Well they won't just sit in your tummy and NEVER disolve so, eventually, they'll work their way into your system, however the fastest way to get your vitamins is through your diet. If your diet isn't taking care of all your vitamin needs, liquid is the next best route.
