Bister that came out of nowhere?

My 2 year old has a blister on the end of her finger. It covers the whole end; as of right now it is pretty clear and there looks to be no pus or blood. It does seem to hurt her, and what really bothers me is that my SIL was watching her and says she doesn't know what happened, that my daughter just walked up to her and asked for a band-aid. So what do I do about it? Isn't it kind of weird for a blister to suddenly appear?

  • Keep it covered and call your doc in the morning to be on the safe side. It could be MRSA.

  • Call the doctor. And keep a close eye on her after your SIL watches her just in case.
