  • well he's not old enough to grasp those concepts, but like I said in another post I plant a plant on every holiday. And the holiday usually becomes a topic of discussions.

  • Yes but I don't go into many details as he's only 4. With him being 1/2 black, I feel it's our responsibility for him to know his and daddy's culture and history.

  • No, no need to we don't close our schools for this day... they learn something about him
    in class today... inbetween our power outages...LOL... and if he does ask, we tell him to
    look it up... he is old enough to do that...
