Has anyone tried the HCG Diet? Did it help lose weight?

  • Just another fad diet that will make you gain back every ounce as soon as you go off of it, plus more, thanks to your newly slowed metabolism. It's incredibly dangerous. The risks include DEATH.

  • my cousin is doing it, she has lost quite a bit of weight and alot of inches, she looks pretty good. I could never do it because i dont have her self control. you cant mix certain vegetables or meats, you cant have bread for like a month. I just dont like it because you have to take some kind of drops? I dont know what they are but I think you could follow the diet without the drops

  • I have not tried it but I have heard pros and cons about it. I still think that your best bet is watch what you eat and exercise.

  • No. Nothing good will come of anyone injecting themselves with female pregnancy hormones if they're not female AND pregnant. It's a fad...and your body's hormonal makeup should NEVER be messed with. Period.
