Does this ever happen to you?

you have a busy day planned and can't sleep...yet if nothing is planned your ready for bed at a decent hour?

  • ALL the time! Friday and sat nights I fall asleep at 10pm and sleep restfully and easily through the night. But...come a school or work day, I will be up tossing and turning until 2 0or 3 am!!! Gah, it is SO annoying!

  • Every night, like toninht. I have a million of errands to run tomorrow and i have to get up at 6. Im usually in bed by 9:30 and its 10:18 now and Im not even wanting to go to bed

  • out of bedit sure does. another thing; when i am working i am so tired and can't wait to have a day off, but on my day off from work i just can't bring myself to sleep !

  • that's how it always happens..... you're so anxious about the next day and you don't want to forget to do anything, so you are up all night trying to remember

  • Not really, I'm a night person and it's very rare I go to bed at a decent time regardless of what I'm doing the next day.

  • For me I have a 5 hour drive ahead of me tomorrow.... just to take a half hour tour of a college with my daughter, then turn around and drive back....I should be in bed but I am wide awake...yet saturday night I was sleeping by this time
