Any ideas??

My daughter (10 months old) pulled the rattle piece out of a wrist rattle and almost choked on it. I contacted Dandee products and was told they "are sorry for my discomfort and will send me a free toy". I am not interested in a free toy... they should be doing a recall. Any ideas on how to go further with this?
thanks

  • If it's the only instance they know about, they aren't going to do a recall. But definately let the CPSC know so they can keep track.
