  • If you want fruits that fill you up then go for bananas and date...why not even have a banana-date smoothie..just blend a few bananas and some dates with a little water.

  • If you do go for the suggested bananas eat ones that are still slightly green....the riper a banana the more sugar content it contains! I, as a diabetic, rarely eats bananas at all. If I have any I eat a slightly green MINI banana

  • Really most fruits blended can be very healthy and give a boost of natural energy. Oranges are great as they have an additional boost of vitamin C.
