How much have you lost so far?

I got on the scale this morning to see I was down 5 pounds! Doesn't sound like much, but it's only been 18 days, so I think I'm doing great! And I feel REALLY amazing!

  • I lost 18 pounds after giving birth!! Baby was only 7 pounds 9 ounces. I think it was mainly fluids. I am 7 weeks pp and I have 8 pounds to go. Lost 26 pounds so far.

  • I weighted 155 lbs when I got pregnant, 175 lbs full term, and 145 lbs almost immediately after giving birth.

    I should mention, I'm not PP. My kids are 12 and 11, so that 18 days is 18 days of changing my diet and working out. I want to get rid of my joey pouch....

  • This is Week 3 of my Total Body Transformation..I weighed myself before working out on Day 3 and had already lost 3lbs. BUT..I promised myself not to step on that scale or measure myself more than once a month (inches are more important than pounds, anyway) so I won't be doing either until Feb 5th. It's just better that way, for me.

  • I started back on my diet on 1/3, I use Wednesday's for my weigh in day, as of last Wednesday I was down 4.5 pounds, I'm hoping I lost another 2 this week, will know if the morning =) There is no better motivation that watching the scale go down, GL!

  • Wow good job everyone. I started around the first of the month, and am down 7lbs, i typically weigh myself at least once a week, it's easier for me to keep a handle on it! Had a baby almost 6 months ago, lost 20lbs right after, then none since, so my goal is to get back to my original weight plus 10 extra pounds. lol..wish me luck, i def. need it!!

  • I started my journey on 12/4/09.. I was 5'1" , 167 lbs and a size 12.
    September 2010 ( 9 months after beginning to count calories, and working out 6 days per week)- 110 lbs and a size 0...lost 57 lbs, and 46" off my body. Maintaining now!
