Healthy lunch ideas?

I am 6 weeks pregnant and want to eat healthier but am having a hard time finding things. I read where we weren't suppose to eat luncheon meat because of lysteria and I usually just eat a can of soup or a frozen dinner. And those are high in sodium. So got any ideas for me?

  • Some types of pasta sound good or rice with some seasonings.Or even soups and salads.Or you could make a tuna fish salad sandwich.

  • sandwich, salad, homemade soup, wraps, veggies and pita bread with dips, pasta, beans and rice... just about anything will be healthier than canned soup or frozen dinners (depending on the dinner in question I guess)!!

  • You can get the reduced sodium soups, or make a huge batch of homemade. Fresh fruits, veggies with ranch. You can eat lunch meat as long as you heat it - hot ham n swiss? I used to make a big pan of baked spaghetti and then heat up small portions everyday for lunch. Scrambled eggs or omelettes (okay, they're breakfast food but I like them for lunch too!).
