Why do I feel more bloated and fat?

Ive been eating healthy the past week, and exersising, I've lost maybe 2-3 pounds, but when i look at my stomic it looks like its extra bloated and fat? do moucels swell up at all before you see results?

(sorry for vary bad spelling)

  • if you've been drinking more water or you are premenstrual you could be bloated anyway, congrats though

  • The extra fiber can give you gas if you're not used to it. Your body WILL adjust. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water to help yoir body flush out the bad stuff, and to help with the extra fiber. Don't lose faith, you can do this!!!

  • i agree with the other mamas, increased water and fiber can make you bloated, veggies can cause gas... i would stick it out, and remember being healthy is more than just what you eat.
