  • I have a routine that I have stuck with no matter what. I have 3 boys ages 6,4,&18 months. We eat dinner before 7 then have bath. Then they all get into their p.j.'s and we brush their teeth. They pick out a story and I read it to them and we talk about then I tuck them in and give them kisses. They are in bed by 8:30. This works great for my boys and I and still gives my dh and I time alone.

  • 7 or 7:30- I think they really need 12-14 hours of sleep. Might be tough going to adjust them in the beginning but worth it to have them on the same schedule for sure!

  • My 15 month old normally goes to bed around 9pm. He wakes up around 9am. And he normally takes 1 nap during the day that is around 3 hours long.

  • I put my 10 month old down at 7 30 and the 2 year old at 7 45. They both wake around 6 30 or 7. They share a room and it took about a week to get this routine down once I moved them in together.
