  • I usually make strawberry banana ones with greek yogurt and agave nectar! I usually use frozen strawberries and fresh bananas, sometimes I use ice or milk as well. I will make them with whatever fresh or frozen fruit we have in the house.

    My kids love them.

  • Starbucks makes a banana chocolate one that I've gotten pretty good at making at home - and it doesn't cost me $4!

Banana, milk, crushed ice, protein powder, fiber powder & cocoa. It is yummy!

  • I make them for me - my little one doesn't like them. But I put strawberries, blueberries, banana, peaches (all frozen), yogurt, ice and a tad of honey. Yummy!

  • I make one for DH eve day. He usually gets 2 bananas, 1 carrot, 2 eggs, and 2 more fruits from whatever the CSA box had that week plus whatever juice we have in hand.

  • My kids used to drink them daily when they lived at home. Fruit, yogurt and juice-blended.
I don't care for them-too filling and dense-

  • Our standard smoothie is: frozen blueberries, frozen banana, kale, pomegranate juice, plain greek-style yogurt, maple syrup. I blend kale and juice, freeze in stainless steel ice cube trays, and store in a container in the freezer.
