  • You would actually be far into the negative if you were wanting to know what your calories were overall. The calories your body uses a day just to function would be over 720.

weight loss doesn't work that way where you would already see a difference from one day of eating. When you do see a change right away it is usually water.

As a PSA though 1200 calories is usually a min. for people who are trying to lose weight.

  • You need to be taking in more, whether you like it or not. That's not enough at all. Try eating a spoonful of peanut butter, it's a diuretic.

  • 720 calories is way too low, your body is going to start storing the nutrients and whatever else you eat because there is not enough calories being taken in to sustain the body. You are going to end up very sick.

  • You should not go below 1200 calories a day or your body will go into "starvation mode" and slow your metabolism ready.  This is a natural mechanism your body goes through when it thinks it is not getting enough nourishment.  It then begins to store the fat you have built up rather than burn it.

For example:  A 110 lb woman who exercises 3 to 4x  a week requires at least 1700 calories a day.  So, if you consume less than that each will lose weight.  The key is to figure out the amount of calories your body requires and be sure to consume less each day.   You need to figure in if your active (exercising) as well when determining your calorie requirement.   A good resource I found is HERE.
