how do u keep the soles of your feet soft and smooth all year round ?

i soak them, use a pumice stone and slather them with vaseline at bedtime. i put socks on to keep the sheets clean.

  • A use a pumice stone and dr shoals (sp?) pumice scrub. Works great!

  • Pumice stones never seem to work for me, so I use a sugar scrub in the shower. I use body butter instead of Vaseline, but I sleep in socks with it too. It's a little thing, but it makes me feel pampered!

  • I get a pedi every 3-4 weeks, and in-between I use a foot file in the shower. I'm usually barefoot in the house, it really takes a toll on my feet!
